Number Twenty-Five Guest House is a clean, modern and friendly, licensed bed & breakfast catering exclusively to adults wanting to stay in Blackpool. We are conveniently located just off the promenade, close to tram and bus links, between the South and Central piers. We have a well-stocked bar, as well as a private beer garden. We also have free parking (subject to availability). We take cash as well as card payments. Bookings require a deposit, of the cost of one night's stay, payable within the 28 days prior to the start date of the booking. There is no fee for bookings cancelled prior to this 28 day period.


All of our bedrooms have a bright, fresh, modern feel and all have large flat-screen televisions, hair dryers as well as tea and coffee making facilities and refrigerators. We have king-size, double en-suite rooms available as well as a twin room with private facilities. Checking-in time is between 1 PM and 10 PM. Breakfast is served between 9.00 AM and 9.30 AM. Checking-out time is 10.30 AM. The bar is available from 12 PM until 12 AM. The king-size and double rooms are large enough to accommodate additional single "guest" beds.
